Refund policy

Overview

All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party partners. As a result, we operate a limited returns and refunds policy in line with applicable consumer laws.


Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference or dissatisfaction with style

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is produced specifically for you.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@ringsidecouture.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

EU & UK Consumer Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced based on your specifications, which includes our products.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the item.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
