SHIPPING INFORMATION
How orders are fulfilled
All products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Once you place an order, it goes into production and is then shipped directly to you. Your total delivery time is made up of two stages: production time (1–6 business days) and shipping time (7–10 business days).

Business days only — excludes weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, high demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. The exact cost is shown before you confirm your purchase. For orders with multiple items, a reduced rate applies to each additional item.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Please note
Customs and import duties — International orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Contact details — Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout. Incorrect details can cause failed delivery, and we cannot cover the cost of reshipping in these cases.
Order changes — As items go into production shortly after ordering, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Contact us immediately if you need to make an amendment.
Peak periods — During busy periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.
